Artists Maarten Vanden Eynde, Alexis Destoop and Lise Autogena and Joshua Portway present their recent work and engage the audience in an open discussion. Each of the artists focuses in a different way on the global traffic of materials and on the cycles they move through in time and space from mining, manufacturing and consumption to waste disposal.

Talk ‘Mining to Waste, Micro-global Traces of Uranium’ will focus on the material traces of uranium. Maarten Vanden Eynde will talk about his Triangular Trade project, Lise Autogena and Joshua Portway will discuss the film they recently made on the current debate on uranium mining in Greenland and Alexis Destoop will focus on the contested area around Murmansk.
